Sara Vojtasek began working with children at the age of 14 but trully began to have a burden for the next generation at age 18. Beginning with Children's Church at her local church, then morning services at District Family Camp, as well as traveling across the state of Wisconsin with crusades and training seminars; she "Birthed Her Burden" in Children's Ministry under the mentorship of Vickie Vernon.
Now, with years of experience in Children's Church, writing curriculums, puppetry (including blacklight performances), VBS, major Broadway Style musicals, and more; Sara LOVES training others to do what she has learned over the past 30+ years!
Travis & Sara, together with their 4 children (now grown), have ministered in Warsaw Poland; Okinawa, Japan; and the country of Bangladesh. They enjoy traveling to other churches, as well as other countries teaching and training Children's Ministry teams to have a truly, anointed passion for the Next Generation!
Vickie Vernon is an international evangelist called to "Family Ministry.” For the last 32 years, she has traveled in all 50 states and 6 foreign countries, while ministering to people of all ages, in many types of venues including crusades, junior youth camps, vacation bible schools, and conferences. The harvest of souls is her passion, which she shares as she trains Sunday School teachers and leaders to lead both the young and old to Jesus. Vickie teaches nine different training sessions including “Altar Working,” “Children in Ministry,” and “Igniting A Dying Passion.” She has also ministered to ladies across our fellowship, in both District Ladies Conferences and local assemblies, for the last 20 years. Cumulatively, over 15,000 have received the Holy Ghost where she has ministered at both home and abroad.
Additionally, Vickie shares her personal testimony and journey in ministry through the pages of “Birthing Your Burden in Children’s Ministries,” a powerful book that has caused many to weep and birth their own ministry in prayer while reading it. Vickie says of herself “I’m just an ordinary person with a love for souls!”
